Physical Looks: Kulan is pretty normal looking. He had a creepy smile and does look rather thrown around but ultimately he is rather whimpy looking. Most of his creepiness comes out of his personality. Although he has certain parts to him that seem unnatural. One would think that Kulan had just walked out of a fire because all the smoke that surrounds him. In all actuality because of his spell he is made of smoke. This is where people think he is a genie. The smoke can form into solid objects so that Kulan can look normal and put together. But when he moves to fast he tends to turn back into smoke for a split second. He likes to play with this.

Mentality
Attitude: Kulan is crazy. He likes to play around with the people who choose to be a genie for. He always has a price and preys on the less fortunate. Kulan is a big jokester and is a little hyper active in his personality. He will jump around like crazy and likes to smile, but his smile and his happy-go-lucky attitude is not one that makes you feel good, it�s rather creepy. He comes off as nice and caring when he is selling the idea of giving wishes, even to those with song, but once that wish is done he�ll lock them in a bind until they pay him back.
Goals: To complete his missions and fulfill wishes with the people he has picked.
Likes: screwing with people, making deals, getting what he wants
Dislikes:Not being paid back, failing.

History:
Kulan has always been thrown around from master to master. He probably does have parents but he doesn�t actually know who or where they are. The problem is every since he was born he realized that he had been cursed somehow with a spell that forced him to be attached to anyone who knew his real name. His first master who had figured out by forcing him to tell, the ways he forced him will not be mentioned, taught him songs of materialization, which allowed Kulan to grant wishes. The man was greedy and wanted more stuff then what he had already owned. He didn�t want to do it himself and wanted a servant since it made him sound rich. Kulan gave him everything he wanted because he had to but when the man died Kulan decided to take his powers elsewhere in the fae world. After he got placed with a master he realized that he had turned to smoke since he wasn't his own person but a shade to whoever owned him
He got picked up by at least three or four other masters who wouldn�t let him go. Once they realize the power they had over him it was clear they could have anything they wanted. Kulan got use to this treatment because it was the only thing he knew. His last master ended up dying when the barrier broke into the woman world. Kulan always said how it was an accident but rumor has it that he might have figured out a way to break the spell and killed him. Still, he wasn�t done being someone�s servant.
Kulan was then approached by a mysterious man. He was powerful and he had known about Kulan�s secret for quite some time. He had been watching Kulan. This was rather startling to Kulan because he hadn�t realized that someone had been stalking him. The man used his own magic to create a new bound similar to the original one Kulan had, in fact he used that as the bases for his new bond. Now Kulan is stuck to him just like all the other masters he had. This guy is powerful though and Kulan is rather afraid of him. It seemed that the guy had also picked up one other worker� and Kulan hated him. It wasn�t so much that the guy was annoying it was the fact that he was to good� but his new master had said that�s exactly why he had picked him. Kulan dealt with it because with this master he had a lot more freedom to screw with people, use his powers, and not have to worry about being taken advantage of. Still, everyone who was picked was selected by his new master and only him. Still, there was nothing that Kulan could do about it.
