THE YEAR IS 2019
For centuries witches kept themselves hidden, fearing the same
witch hunts that took place so long ago. They were right to fear being
revealed. In 2014 the witches were revealed and once again their
lives were put at risk by humanity. Made wards of the state with no
rights, they were used for three years as instruments against one
another, countries fighting battles with their witches. At least until
the witches turned on humanity.
Peace has now been declared and the City of Miami is divided
between humans and witches. Though how long the peace will last
no one knows and it seems likely that it won't take much to force the
world back into a war.
Each witch specializes in an element. Fire, Earth, Water, Air and the
mystery element Soul. There is a lot of history that has been lost,
and much of the world has been left in ruins.
